It is the responsibility of the customer to send the following to reachme@laceydoes.com:

• Front facing photo of the home
• Any edits to be made to the home (i.e. remove tree, add swing, etc.)
• Deadline for delivery/pick-up
• Any additional requests

Please include your email address in "Notes" during checkout.

8x10 prints that are to receive a mat, will not have the black double-mat feature, and will only be white. 

All 5x7 prints to receive a mat, will receive a double black and white mat as pictured, unless you specifically request white only. 

All frames are made with plexi-glass.

All custom prints are non-refundable. Hennessey In The Home does, however, want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. All proofs will be emailed to the customer and receive approval before finalizing. 

Typical turn around time is  2-3 weeks (depending on order status and the season). Please include your deadline with your order. Thank you.
