It is the responsibility of the customer to send the following to reachme@laceydoes.com:

• Front facing photo of the home
• Any edits to be made to the home (i.e. remove tree, add swing, etc.)
• Deadline for delivery/pick-up
• Any additional requests

Please include your email address in "Notes" during checkout.

All 5x7 prints to receive a mat, will receive a double black and white mat as pictured, unless you specifically request white only. 

All custom prints are non-refundable. Hennessey In The Home does, however, want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. All proofs will be emailed to the customer and receive approval before finalizing. 

Typical turn around time is  2-3 weeks (depending on order status and the season), however, if needed Lacey can expedite the artwork. Please include your deadline with your order. Availability subject to change. Thank you.
